Our Process: Inspect → Refurbish → Convert → Ship

Every unit that leaves our yard has been through a defined four-stage process. This is not a paperwork exercise — it is how we protect our buyers and our reputation across 40 export markets.

  1. Source & inspect. We source from verified fleets and dealers across China, then carry out a documented mechanical inspection: engine, gearbox, axles, brakes, frame, cab, tyres, electrics. Any unit that fails minimum standards is rejected at this stage.
  2. Refurbish. Failed components are repaired or replaced with genuine or OEM-grade parts. Engine oil, filters, coolant, and brake fluid are renewed as standard. Body rust is treated and repainted where required.
  3. LHD / RHD conversion. We convert steering configuration in-house. RHD for South Africa, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Zambia, Zimbabwe. LHD for Nigeria, Ghana, Senegal, the UAE, Iraq, and most other markets. Conversion is documented and test-driven before sign-off.
  4. Export packing & CIF shipment.   • Inspection report. Ask for a dated, photo-documented inspection report covering engine hours/mileage, frame condition, brake test, and tyre depth. If a seller cannot provide this, walk away.
  • LHD vs RHD. Confirm which side your country drives on and verify the conversion is done — not promised. Ask for photos of the converted steering column and dashboard.
  • Year and mileage. For HOWO and SHACMAN trucks, a 2018–2022 unit with under 300,000 km is generally a strong buy for heavy work in Africa. Older high-mileage units can still be viable if the engine has been rebuilt — ask for evidence.
  • Parts supply chain. Ask your local truck dealer or fleet manager which Chinese brands they can source parts for. In most East and West African cities, HOWO parts are the most readily available.

We provide a photo-documented inspection report. Units that do not meet minimum standards are not offered for sale.
What shipping terms do you offer and which ports do you ship to?
We quote CIF (cost, insurance, freight) to your named destination port. Common ports include Durban, Mombasa, Dar es Salaam, Apapa (Lagos), Tema (Accra), Beira, Jebel Ali, and Umm Qasr (Basra). We handle the Bill of Lading, marine insurance, and export documentation. We can also quote FOB Tianjin or Shanghai if you prefer to arrange your own freight.
